![]() Troy Byer, actor, screenwriter and producer appeared on MCZ, May 17th. Troy is best known for her role on the hit TV series, Dynasty. She gained further recognition after appearing in Rooftops, Robert Wise's modern day "West Side Story," where she won the Sho West's 1988 Newcomer of the Year Award. During her career she has worked with some of Hollywood's leading talent and wrote and produced films for Warner Brothers and New Line Pictures, Her film credits inlude writing and producing, Love Don't Cost a Thing, with Nick Cannon, Christina Milian and Steve Harvey and writing B.A.P.S. which was directed by Robert Townsend, featuring Halle Berry and Martin Landau. Byer talked about her new book, "Ex-Free: 9 Keys to Freedom After Heartbreak," and helped KTOK listeners with their relationship problems. Troy's candid advice and thoughtful analogies were well received on the show.
